Does CAL offer RUSH SERVICES for Test Reports?

CAL offers 48 hour RUSH service

How do I know what size sample to submit for my test?

Sending in the appropriate sample size is vital to your test results. Our Laboratory Coordinator would be pleased to answer

How do I know if I am using the right container for sample submission?

Some tests require air-tight or moisture proof containers. Samples that are volatile require glass bottles and inert caps. Damaged and leaking samples can cause you costly delays.

Does CAL help with the interpretation of sample test results?

YES! Many times once the results are known, clients ask for a professional consultation. We supply these consultations as part of our services, depending on the requests.

If my test sample is damaged during shipping to your laboratory are you able to use it to create my test results?

Occasionally samples are damaged during shipping, because of faulty sample containers or improper packing. CAL is not able to use any sample that arrives at our laboratory opened, leaking, or damaged during shipping for regulatory reasons. Please re-submit a new sample in the event that damage does occur.


Do the test prices vary for different test methods available?
